Probate Matters/Estate Planning

            A.  Administration of Estates.  May me necessary upon the passing of a loved one to make sure debts are paid and that assets are delivered to those who should receive them.

            B.  Wills.  Ensure that YOUR wishes are followed and your property goes to the people you want to receive them, rather than the State dictating who gets what.

            C.  Power of Attorneys.  Prepare for the possibility that someone trustworthy, not appointed by the Court, oversees your affairs when and if you are unable to do so.

            D.  Living Wills.  If you do not want your life to be artificially prolonged, you need to express that desire.
